We celebrated Caelan’s birthday with party with the Hoffman’s and the Maybell’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and we all had so much fun!
My mom always made special cakes for me, so it is very special to me to do the same for my kids. Our theme was Team UmiZoomi and Caelan’s cake was Milli from the show. (She was also Milli at Halloween). This cake turned out SO GOOD, I was so pleased. Unfortunately, I am usually up well past midnight decorating so I didn’t have anyone to share in my joy over how it turned out until morning.
Team UmiZoomi is on a network called Nick Jr. and the website has all sorts of ‘printables’ that you can get online. I printed out a bunch of projects for the kids to do, and also bought hats and ornaments for the kids to decorate. That was a huge hit!
Caelan and Jude Maybell are becoming best buds…..it was so cute to watch them dance.
We call these three the “Littles”…..
When Molly asked Caelan what she wanted for her Birthday she was very clear…..”race cars”…..I guess Jude picked out this matchbox car garage……the joy on Caelan’s face was awesome when she opened this gift!

We ended the night with the kids piled in the bed watching Prep & Landing and The Polar Express…..while the adults continued the party downstairs.
