Decking the Halls

Nana and Grandpa ward came last weekend to help us deck the halls....We of course kicked off their trip by going to Snowflake Lane. Brennan loves it - this time we had a photo op with Rudolf.

Visiting Frosty

Sean and Brennan came to visit mama at work today, and there was a christmas party at the Employee Commons. They had a photographer there taking pictures of kids....it was really fun, and we got some cute pictures. Brennan did all of his smiling when the photographer wasn't looking....then he clamed right up. Darn it....

Big Apple City Tour - Dec 2009

I had a business trip in Manhatten this week - and I convinced Sean that he and Brennan needed to come and meet me there. I flew out on Monday, and Sean and Brennan flew out on Tuesday. My meeting was Tuesday and Wednesday, and then we toured around together on Thursday and Friday. Sean's cousin Karen and her husband Paul and two kids met us in the city too, so we had fun touring around the Museum of Natural History and FAO Schwartz on Thursday. We took the train with them on Friday to Boston - that was a very very long day! Our train was delayed a few hours. Brennan is such a good traveler!

Sean and Brennan in Times Square....

Brennan slept in past 9:30am the first morning....his hands were tucked very far under his bottom. He looks so cute...and peaceful...

Sean and Brennan took a subway to the World Trade Center and Statue of Liberty while I was at work on Wednesday.

I lucked out and got tickets to an MSNBC party at Rockefeller Center the night of the tree lighting. There was food, drinks, a kids table with The Polar Express and decorate yourself christmas cookies. It was really fun, and we connected with a nice women who let us outside just before the tree was light so we had "courtside" seats. It was awesome.

Brennan CRASHED on the way back to the hotel....unfortunately, I woke him up trying to get his coat off, so this 20 minute cat nap was all he got that day!
