LOVE our Trader Joes kit for the Gingerbread House.  It even had little people.....and I was able to get a very rare posed shot out of the "boy."

 We went to my old co-workers Christmas Party this last weekend - babysitter and dressed up - a rare treat for us! 

 Sunday was the Christmas Pagent at Church - the preschoolers sang two songs. 

 Caelan really wanted to be a part of the kids.....she walked up to them and plopped right down with them. 

Brennan's Preshool Christmas Party

Brennan's Preshool Christmas party was on Friday - and it was so cute.  They sang songs and decorated a sugar cone to look like a Christmas Tree.  A FUN time was had by all!

 The pictures below were taken at the Microsoft Christmas Party - it was a lot of fun, and Caelan definitely was the star of the party in her cute Santa dress. 

 This was taken at Church last Sunday.  She was a total HAM hanging out on the alter and dancing during the music at church. 

 Sean ran into the Captain that was a part of the EMT team that came to take me to the hospital the day Caelan was born - and he invited us to come by the new firestation in Issaquah.

At Cassidy's birthday party, I "stalked" her aunt and convinced her to come with her cool DSLR and take pictures during Caelan's party.  I'm SO glad I did - she did a GREAT job!  It was so hard to pick just a few to post on the blog.  They are all so wonderful!

A Very FULL and Happy Thanksgiving Weekend

My parents arrived after a very long and stressful drive over the snowy mountains on Tuesday.  This put them in Issaquah in time for the Thanksgiving Party at Brennan's school.  We were all humming "Oh, I'm Glad I'm Not a Turkey" the rest of the day! 

We had a great Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, and then Friday my mom, Caelan, and I braved the mall to go to the Joann Fabrics and to get the Cupcakes for Caelan's birthday party on Saturday.  That night, we went to our favorite holiday tradition - Snowlake Lane in Bellevue to see Santa's arrival.  We missed this last year due to Caelan's arrival the day after Thanksgiving. 

Saturday was Caelan's "Hop" Birthday party.  I stayed up way too late (1am) making her birthday cake - modeled after the bunny in her favorite book, Night Night Hop.  She destroyed it in a matter of minutes.....but that's OK, that's what I wanted.
