we just got back last night from our trip to MT. We left on Friday, June 19th and flew to Helena to be with Sean and his family. We went to his cousin's wedding, and then we spent most of our time "chillin" at the cabin. It was very relaxing, and Brennan LOVED playing with all of Grandpa's toys - horses, tractors, dump trucks, back hoe, 3-wheelers - did I say dump truck? He especially likes the big, big, big dump truck.

On Wednesday, Kathy drove us to Billings to see my family. We had Molly over for dinner and also got to spend a lot of time with my sister-in-law, and B's cousins. They are in the US in between moving from Australia to Switzerland. We had a great vacation - although we're all a little tired. Brennan spiked a fever one night and didn't sleep very well - always asking me "mama - wha'you doin" every time I rolled over.

Random Pics June 2009

Scootering Skills, and watching movies.

Brennan is just now getting engaged in watching movies and loves "nemo" and "toy story" especially. Yesterday, he asked to watch a movie, gathered up his "friends" and posted up on the couch waiting for Sean to push play.

2 year Well Baby Check

Our boy is finally putting on some pounds! Hooray! He's 35inches tall which puts him in the 50%-75%, and a whopping 27.8lbs - bringing him up to the 50% for weight. He's been down in the 5-10% for weight, so we're pretty excited. Anyone who knows him knows that he eats like a horse, and he's always stealing food from Cassidy's plate. He still a pretty skinny kid, but its definitely not for lack of food.

We had a good check-up with Dr. M - we love our dr and we are sad that we don't have to see her again "technically" until he turns 3. I'm sure the fall will bring about some reason for one of the 3 of us to see her.
