This is one of the reason's why I love my husband. He is a complete marshmallow inside….I came home from work recently to see that Sean had scoped out a third Teddy for Brennan. Teddy is Brennan’s most precious possession. You can see that Teddy#1 and Teddy#2 are in rough shape.
Sean is a little sad that his ‘lovey’ from back in the day is now nowhere to be found. His idea was to get Brennan a third Teddy that will be in more ‘pristine’ condition that we can keep for him to treasure later in life – and possibly pass down.
We usually rotate the Teddies, so Brennan only gets one at a time, while the other is getting cleaned, but, for a brief period of time he got all three.
At one point Brennan had the new Teddy at bedtime and he asked me if he could have one of the Teddies with the ‘rough nose.” You can see that the rough noses have come as a result of stitching I have had to do to repair them.
